Notes on installation of power cables
1cable and heat pipe parallel installation, should keep 2m distance, cross should maintain 0.5m.
2the cable and other pipes in parallel or cross installation, to maintain the distance of 0.5m.
3when the cable is installed directly, the buried depth of 1-35kV cable shall be no less than 0.7m.
410kV and below cable parallel installation, mutual net distance is not less than 0.1M, 10-35kV is not less than 0.25m, cross distance is not less than 0.5m.
5the minimum bending radius of cable, multi-core cable shall not be less than 15D, single core cable shall not be less than 20D (D for cable diameter).
66kV and above cable joint
a、installation of cable terminal, must be stripped of semi conductive shielding layer, the operation may damage insulation, should avoid marks and uneven situation, when necessary using sandpaper; shielding ends should be formed, and the graphite layer (carbon particles) clean.
b、plastic insulated cable end copper shield and the steel armor must be well grounded, the short line should also follow this principle, to avoid unbalanced operation when the steel armor end dynamic induction, even sparking and burning accident of sheath. Ground outlet to the tin copper and iron soldering copper cable application connection, should not be used to avoid burning torch welding, insulation.
cthree-phase copper shielding should be respectively connected with a ground line, pay attention to shield grounding wire and steel armor wire should be insulated from each other are led, welding wire position should be under.
7the basic requirements for the cable terminal head and middle connector: A. B. good conductors; reliable insulation, recommended the use of irradiation cross-linked heat shrinkable silicone rubber insulation material; C. good seal; D. enough mechanical strength, can adapt to various operating conditions.
8cable ends must be waterproof, corrosion and other corrosive materials, to prevent the insulation aging and breakdown caused by water tree.
9cable loading and unloading must use the crane and forklift, prohibit flat, flat, large cable installation must use cable car, so as to avoid cable by external force damage or artificial drag and scrape the sheath and insulation layer. The cable is not mounted, so the conductor is not allowed to be bent by hand. The conductor is damaged and the insulation is short circuited.
10if the cable can not be laid in time, it should be stored in a dry place, to prevent sunlight exposure, cable end water inlet and so on.
Attention: the installation of wires and cables should be done by the installation personnel or full-time technical personnel who are familiar with the performance of wires and cables. If there are still unclear matters, please consult the relevant technical department or our technical department in a timely manner.
